Okay so as promised, here is a Valentine's Day poem I wrote. I am not quite sure how I feel about it. Part of me feels it's a bit cheesy, my romance poetry is prone to hyperbole. But I supposed that is part of poetry, particularly romantic pieces.

Your deep soulful eyes
stunningly beautiful
have rendered me silent
and stolen the breath
right from my lips

With a piercing gaze
of pure deadly allure
that paralyzed my being
you've stricken my heart
deep to its core

By your vibrant smile
heavenly radiant
my soul's been enchanted
and I'm held captive
entranced by you

With a kindly warmth
and light-hearted manner
you lift my heart, my soul
and bring to my face
a heartfelt smile

A few of the stanzas and lines I am not completely sold on and I am still working on this, tweaking it here and there. Any comments would be appreciated.
